When you are online, a green dot shows that you are available: your visitors can then reach you by video conference in a single click, directly from their browser, with no prior appointment and without installing any application.<\/p>\n\n<p>You stay in control of your availability, with three statuses reflected in real time on the button: available (green), busy (orange) and invisible. When you are busy, visitors can join a virtual queue and see their position; when you are away, they can leave you a message in a chat-style window: you receive it instantly by email and can reply directly from your mailbox, so you never lose a contact.<\/p>\n\n<p>The button is more than a single call link: when visitors hover over it (or tap it on mobile), a welcome screen presents every contact channel you have enabled \u2014 video call, audio-only call, live text chat, appointment booking. Only the channels you activate are shown, and the most relevant one is highlighted according to your status.<\/p>\n\n<p>Before each call, a short questionnaire lets your visitor describe their request: you receive this information together with the call, so you can choose whether or not to accept the connection.<\/p>\n\n<p>During the conversation, a collaborative whiteboard is available whatever the mode (video, audio or chat): draw together in real time, or display a PDF or an image and annotate it with your visitor. Shared documents are ephemeral and deleted after the call.<\/p>\n\n<p>Your video call button is not limited to your website: your VisioGalaxia account also gives you a personal call link, a QR code and an email-signature button that reflects your availability in real time. Once the token is set, the button appears across all pages of your site, in a fixed position.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20when%20i%20am%20offline%3F\"><h3>What happens when I am offline?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>If you have enabled it in your VisioGalaxia dashboard, visitors can leave you a message in a chat-style window (optionally preceded by your questionnaire). You receive each message by email, with the visitor's address as reply-to: answering them is a simple reply in your mailbox. The message form is protected against robots (signed challenge, honeypot, rate limits). Depending on the options you enable, visitors can also book an appointment on your next available slot, or leave their email to be automatically notified as soon as you are back online.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20visitors%20reach%20me%20without%20being%20on%20camera%3F\"><h3>Can visitors reach me without being on camera?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes, if you enable these channels in your dashboard: visitors can start an audio-only call (microphone, no camera) or a live text chat, which you receive and answer like a regular incoming call.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20the%20visiogalaxia%20service%20free%3F\"><h3>Is the VisioGalaxia service free?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The free plan includes 10 calls per month with all the core features (questionnaire, queue, whiteboard). Beyond that, you can buy pay-as-you-go credits that never expire. Billing is fair: calls that never connect, fail or are of unusable quality are automatically refunded.
